This was our second year in cabin 1.  Tim and Mona were in cabin 5 again and Mona brought her son and her nephew along.

We spent our time on the usual things:  fishing, hiking and shopping.  We went to the trail center for dinner and we celebrated Tim's birthday with some cake.  The Trout Lake horseshoe trophy was taken home by Bruce this year.  I guess that joining the horseshoe league was worth it!

We took the pontoon boat out again for some fishing and swimming.  Toward the end of our time the storm clouds were rolling in.  About 15 minutes after we got back, it let loose in a torrential downpour! We felt so sorry for the folks who had the pontoon after us.  It had stopped raining and the sun came out by the time they got back in, but they were already soaked!  They decided not to finish out their hour, so we went back out again.
