The fishing was slow this year.  So much so that Bruce stole a trout from a loon.  He was out fishing when he saw the loon fighting over the trout with a seagull.  Being bigger and smarter than both of them, Bruce made his way over to it and scooped it up with his net.  Needless to say, the birds were not very happy with Bruce for taking their dinner.

We decided to do something different this year, so we spent a couple of hours on the shore of Lake Superior.  We had lunch, looked for agates and skipped rocks.  After we had been there for a while, the seagulls discovered our lunch and started begging us to share.
